This isn't about exercise, nor fresh air. But it is about getting grounded. Overload, mixed and multiple priorities push the brain very easily into fight or flight mode.
Re-assure it with some simple, easy rhythm. Bounce after bounce. Meditative. Flow state. Breathing calming. Higher brain knowing what to do.
