Thank You, 2023

Around this time of year I like to say a formal ‘thank-you’.

To readers of this blog: regular and occasional drop-ins.  You come, you go and some you stay. And sometimes you tell others. A little like the early-hours-of-the-morning DJ, it’s nice to know someone is listening. 

To those who write to thank, to remark and to ask a question. 2023 has been a much better year all round; the pandemic years revealed a lot of the stress and strife out there. 

To those who buy a book of mine and have supported my ventures into fiction with Meet Molly and demanded a sequel. It happened, the trilogy is now complete as is the spin-off Bram, A Spy Story. 

To amazing fellow bloggers many of whom (but certainly not all) are encapsulated in the perfect Power Bloggers List curated by outstanding contributor Kurt Harden.

A special thanks to Michael Wade. As well as being a very fine blogger, writer and consultant, Michael helped me get started on this precarious thing called blogging.

If you do decide to start, perhaps consider that it is not 'to monetise', it is not 'for audience'. Like The Beatles, do it because you live it, you breathe it, you love it and all else will follow.
