A special thanks to Michael Wade. As well as being a very fine blogger, writer and consultant, Michael helped me get started on this precarious thing called blogging. If you do decide to start, perhaps consider that it is not 'to monetise', it is not 'for audience'; like The Beatles, do it because you live it, you breathe it, you love it and all else will follow.
