Covid-19 Move, 7

1. Move from your chair, your desk, your screen.
2. Move in all three dimensions.

4. Move in the outside for as long as your lock-down ‘freedom pass’ allows.
5. Move on rough terrain, through wilderness and where there is no wi-fi if you can, when you can and as often as you can.
