4. Return to Dickens and the choirs.
5. Write 1000 words: the start of your set-at-Christmas novel. Frankly, who would have believed it...
6. The perfect gift? Your time, your attention, your thought.
7. Whatever your beliefs. Slow down and notice the magic of planet earth and the delights of a mind-expanding universe.
