Decide for a week not to sit down.
Do anything but sit in a chair.
Watch a film from the floor: lean on cushions, wriggle, adjust.....
Work while standing.
Zoom while standing.
Walk or bicycle. Or stand on the train.
But like any experiment, record results. Capture them in your notebook.
What might you find? You might discover you feel more mobile, have more energy, feel lighter....that you feel stronger.....
Because moving the body regularly, in all dimensions is what we are meant to do.
