62. Take better notes. Pull out the actions in a separate vertical column as you record.
63. Attempt a month without using the home printer; maybe you can go paperless.
64. As you pull ahead from the crowd expect some talking behind your back. Don't let it get to you.
65. Get closer to nature. What's the moon doing? Perhaps, the tides? What's the anxiety of the birds (revealed in their song) about? A storm coming soon...a predator?
66. There are some things to do every day whether you feel like it or not: write, walk and make.
67. Don't cheat on the quality of your (paper) notebook. It records your greatest work.
68. Get a budget watch so you don't need to keep looking at your phone and then being seduced down a notification rabbit-hole.
69. Switch off all but bank and airline notifications.
70. Block time for that which you want to do.
