Don't run a 'to do' list. This is a list which tends to be short-term, work related and driven by anxiety to 'get it done'. The pleasure is usually in the tick against and/or the crossing out of the said action.
There are many problems with the 'to do' list but the biggest is that it rarely addresses the problem; usually just the symptom and thus it returns alongside other 'quick-fixes'. Your 'to do' list just gets ever longer....So, is there anything better? Mmm, the 'Master List'. TBC.
