Basics 7: Freedom

Freedom starts with mindset and a willingness to stay curious, flexible and be an avid reader of the classics to accelerate wisdom.
Freedom comes with stress managed through time out, walks in nature and significant screen-free periods.
Freedom is augmented by simple money management, a detachment from 'stuff' and a willingness to subtract rather than add.
Freedom multiplies when spending time with friends and family.
Freedom gains science when Newton III ('to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction') is extended beyond the snooker hall to life itself.
Freedom is articulated through art: making that which expresses who we are be it shelving, water-colours, poetry...
Freedom needs very little apart from a decision to look up, stride out and appreciate planet earth.
