Encourage Questions 2: once you have decided you want questions, you have to get them out of your audience. (1) Remind that there will be a Q&A (2) Ensure that the Q&A is given sufficient time (3) Give people a minute or two before the Q&A starts to prepare their questions (4) Once questions start how you handle that first one is critical: be polite and thank for the question.
