- Then today's specific investment activities. Eg planning a critical meeting you are attending next week.

- Handle the urgent but constantly question WHY are they urgent and is it because a process is not working well or even broken? Fix it to remove the future urgent
- Build contingency for truly urgent.
- Decide digital interrupt review slots. Batch process e-mail rather than 'umbilical cord'.
- Go home on time. Listen to music. Hang out with good friends. Nourish your body with great food, nature and the classics. Never defer life. Live it now.
