So he has his target population. To write? To ring? How to approach. This was big, it seemed only fair to give them something to contemplate. But he needed to move quickly. He sent them all the following mail, but individually. They were not aware of who else he had approached.

I have an amazing opportunity for you and I would like you to be on the team that will execute this opportunity. - I have Tim’s OK to form a small team who have 12 months to work in seclusion on the project to make that shift happen.

- I believe this would be an exciting opportunity and one great for the company and great for your CV.

- We then have 1 week to convince Tim it will work.

He carefully drafted the four mails, changing one or two points to match their styles. He double checked they had all gone.
That was it: an incredible day. Now gym and facilities and collect the keys.
