The 3 point plan. The Saga begins. Jo recruits Hemel. The plan unfolds. The first team meeting. Jo recruits Mary. Searching for Mission HQ. Finding the perfect spot. Trying to pitch to 'the man'. The man says 'do it!' Recruiting the team.

It had been a great day, but Jo needed this workout. His phone was currently on flight mode and he accessed the previously downloaded WOD, workout of the day. He checked the heart-rate monitor was working and started his warm up and mobility.
Some 45 minutes later he was pretty happy with his performance. He knew he was a little distracted wondering what the responses to his mails would be: if he had received any? Whether they had been positive? He needed a few more in the team to create momentum next Monday at 0900. He logged his WOD results, chatted to Alfie and Sue who were just arriving and then showered, dressed and wheeled his bike over to the juice bar. As he waited for his to be processed, he restored normality to his phone and mails, texts and a couple of notifications from his bank dropped in.
He went straight to the mails. They had all replied and they were all in. And remarkably consistent responses…what have I got to lose?
Perhaps it wasn’t the most positive 'moving towards’ goal. But indeed: what had they got to lose? What had he got to lose?
He drafted a mail to his full team of 7
I’m pleased to announce we have a full team of 7 for this confidential project still to be named. Introductions, goals, everything: Monday 0900 at address below. If you wish to join me Saturday and Sunday I will be painting and cleaning the place up. Absolutely, no obligation…it's ridiculously short notice.
