- Take still water, take a wholesome simple packed lunch and plenty of healthy snacks to work.

- Take the stairs rather than the elevator.
- Invest in a modern, light skipping rope and a tennis ball.
- At mid-day break: do 100 skips and then play ball against a wall or simple 'catch' with a couple of colleagues.
