Previously on Totally, Totally, Global Inc. Sales are down. Morale is low. Strategy has been neglected. Jo has a breakthrough and develops a saga. Jo finds the first person to join his elite team. The 3 point plan. The Saga begins. Jo recruits Hemel. The plan unfolds. The first team meeting. Jo recruits Mary. Searching for Mission HQ. Finding the perfect spot.

So this afternoon he needed to get sign off for this outrageous project he had initiated and he also need to make serious moves to complete the team. He was very happy so far with Hemel and Mary. But who else were the people with creativity, a bias for action and essential discretion? Yes, those were the things he wanted. Creativity, action, discretion.
He sat on the roof, back against the air-con cage. The sun was still low and he took out his Moleskine and created a matrix: 3 columns 7 names. He needed 4 more.
Then he created a project line:
- Pitch tomorrow
- Premises Wednesday.
- Decorate over weekend.
- Launch meeting on Monday
He heard a voice: it was Frank.
OK Jo if you want to give me those keys and take this away and check it over.
Perfect, thanks Frank. Give me until the weekend.

He took a swig of water, wheeled his bike out of the perimeter and headed to the office.
