Previously on Totally, Totally, Global Inc. Sales are down. Morale is low. Strategy has been neglected. Jo has a breakthrough and develops a saga. Jo finds the first person to join his elite team. The 3 point plan. The Saga begins. Jo recruits Hemel. The plan unfolds. The first team meeting. Jo recruits Mary. Searching for Mission HQ. Finding the perfect spot. Trying to pitch to 'the man'. The man says 'do it!'

At his desk he put on his noise silencing headphones and got his mail back to zero.
He updated his key action list.
Removing his headphones he rang Sarah in facilities and that was now sorted.
He grabbed his notebook and headed out to Caffeine Molecule.
Doppio, pencil, fresh page. Who would make up the rest of the team?
Agreed:
- Jo: strategy
- Hemel: sales
- Mary: IT
Needed:
- project manager crucial.
- Mobile computing specialist
- Design guru
- Client research
- the money person
That needed to become a list of four. He'd handle money. OK: his ideal team:
Project Management had to be Kathy. Super focused and brilliant interpersonal skills. A rare PM who could both create a Gantt chart and calculate the critical path but also able to (nicely) cajole people to hit the milestones. He wanted her on the team.
Mobile Computing had to be Tim. That guy lived and breathed small capability; some of the conversations he had with him in the canteen had been incredible. Yep, he wanted him on the team.
Design. Ex-apple and one of the few differentiators Totally still had: all interfaces both looked good and were a joy to use. Yes. Vipul; needed to be on the team
Last but not least Henri. Such a great guy but such a recluse. A master of behavioural understanding. A must.
Progress continued. He felt good.
