Think: all things are created mentally before they become real whether it is the house you are building or the fitness plan you are creating. Sleep sufficiently that you are able to think and thinking clearly is protected. Read sufficiently that your ability to think is fuelled with the very best material. Write to aid and support the best of your thinking. Eat so that your brain can fire on all cylinders.
