Skip. Get a skipping 'rope', although in reality it will nowadays be a hi-tech material, and start skipping. It may take a bit of time to re-gain the rhythm but there's a YouTube video out there which can coach you. Keep the rope in your bag, keep one in your desk drawer and keep one at home. At regular intervals do a 100 skips: boost the heart rate, mobility and strengthen a surprising number of muscles. And of course release some stress. If you are a runner or you do yoga or you regularly go to the gym, build in skipping. Master your 'single unders', then progress to 'double unders'. Remarkably simple, remarkably portable if you are 'on the road' and remarkable beneficial.
Skip and feel better.
