Sure, they are crazy. You were starting to feel it was you. Nope, they are crazy: that's the power of group conditioning. That's what too much group-think does: same old, same old. And  it reveals one of the most hidden and underestimated powers of the true leader: he or she can stand above and outside that bla, bla, bla of hypnotic TLA, PPT corporate-speak and say something.
