- Phone in flight mode and work first 90 minute pulse with zero interrupt and 100% focus to task in hand.
- 15 minutes break; stand, stretch, get fresh air wherever possible. Drink water.
- Repeat.
- Take 60 minutes: eat nutritious food, take short walk, reply critical mail. Do all while standing. Brew fresh coffee.
- Repeat two further cycles at 1h.
- Take 45 minutes to clear down e-mail for the day, plan for tomorrow.
- Switch off, go home and do the other side of life.
