- Walk to allow all muscles to fully and completely support the heart in circulating blood and hence oxygen, primary fuel to the brain.
- Have a plan. Not a bad photocopy of someone else's plan.
- Enjoy a fully awake and alert great day on planet Earth. Then sleep deep and long.
