I run a variety of workshops and speak at a lot of conferences. Questions come up....such as...

What is it with you and The Beatles?

If you only study one thing in your life, study The Beatles.  Clearly if you are a musician, particularly a song-writer it goes without saying. But if you trying to build a high-performance team, become a better story teller, lead rather than follow, wondering how to build a proper brand, wondering when to stop and move on, how to re-invent, work from the soul and develop a craft...... then it's all there.
