Get a Life was my second book and it was one of the easier ones to identify and write; Being the Best revealed that readers wanted more help with setting their Personal Compass and that's what Get a Life did: detail, detail, detail and example, example, example. With Personal Finance, how exactly you start to build wealth. The subtle difference between Standard of Living and Quality of Life and so on with all the compass points especially the critical 'dharma' or 'career' compass point.
Being the Best was the result of a teaching model. Get a Life became the pragmatic data of applying that to day-to-day life.
Re-reading it recently, it's stood the test of time; all that's happened is that any challenge mentioned has become greater.
There was no 'second album' challenge. It was where next which was the dilemma....so much to address. TBC.
Over at Cultural Offering, Modern Day Renaissance Thinker Kurt has created a poster for the compass.
