- Once (2) has been decided then marketing communication needs to come into play. Everything from a road-side poster to a twitter campaign might be considered. An attempt to get your target market/s to know/understand and love you.
- And then the sales force come into play. They may be on the phone, on the road or not even human as in just an automated site. But they must make it
- easy to buy and be able to
- justify, prove, support your price and avoid the slippery slope of using discount to sell.
