It was mild that December morning as he crossed the park, his short-cut to the firm where he had spent the last seven years. He paused at the coffee stand as he had done much of the last four years, ordering pretty much the same coffee. His back-pack swayed much as it had done with laptop, water and volume of papers the last few years. Yep, it had all been good.
But on the 4th of January 2016 it would change: the 18-month start-up plan had lift off. Product, two key-staff all in place.
He just had to stop 'routine' creep.
