Definitely, definitely Autumn had arrived in that corner of London. She loved ‘Fall’ even though it wasn’t that incredibly ‘bursting new’ of Spring, it was quiet reflection: a year well progressed as amazing things had happened: she was fitter, healthier and she was writing. The unhelpful relationship was over and her need for the constant approval of others a dim and distant memory of some year 2014; she felt grown up and able to tackle anything. She walked through her favourite square, dulled at street level with shops but above those, beautiful architecture from a gentler time. She loved Autumn.
