Like those marvellous Russian dolls which neatly stack within one another and surprise as there is always just one more to pop out, life can easily become a series of screens. The initial one on the bed-side table revealing time, weather, stock price and the over-night mail. Ones scattered around the house with breakfast TV, the slate grabbed for diary overview; the giant motorway one on the way to work. The one in reception with rolling news, the one on your desk, the one for projection in the PM briefing,....
Be Bold: get a screen-free hour during the day. Look at the horizon. Use that peripheral vision. Reach out and re-realise there's a real world out there.
