- Write your own notes. Draw schematics. Highlighters, arrows and bullets galore.
- Ask more questions: especially of helpful, smart and encouraging people.
- Have a plan. Make it big. Make it bold. Make it visible. Review progress morning, noon and evening.
- Get so fit you don't need to wait for that bus which is always late anyway. You simple run the 10k.
- Start. Oh, yes start. First steps etc. Feel good again.
- Don't take any s*it. From anybody. Not any more. Those days are over.
