• Jack (Sales Director All Products All Territories at TrulyTrulyGlobal Inc.): Pete thanks for meeting me at this short notice. The sales figures for your area are diabolical and falling quarter on quarter, week on week. What's going on?
• Pete (Sales Director TractXR Europe at TrulyTrulyGlobal Inc): I'll admit the trend is not good but we have had some customer discontent, an Account Manager down and various other issues I won't bore you with but I believe we will be turning the corner very soon.
• Jack: Pete, I certainly don't want to be bored but any detail which would re-assure me that we don't have a revenue and profit disaster would be reassuring?
• Pete: I hope I can give you something by the end of this week.
• Jack: Pete, I haven't heard any facts yet.
• Pete: Jack: you've been in my position. You know that these things take time. As I say we have had multiple problems. These have compounded to give particularly bad figures.
• Jack: Pete: have you thought of politics? How many times do I need to ask you to get some facts on the situation? Some facts so I can then support you... I need a mail with prioritised top 6 actions by noon today.
