Why Work is Weird 7

1. They promise you money but you want appreciation.
2. They give you a nice chair to protect your back but never allow you sufficient time to get up and see the outside world.
3. At the off-site they talk about creating world-class customer service and client experience. Back at the office the coffee is dreadful.
4. One of the values is individuality. But woe betide if you don't wear your security badge.
5. We're in this together. Until the re-org.
6. The meetings in custom-designed meeting room 'Rivers & Oceans' stagnate with poor time-keeping, inability to agree an action and lack of leadership.
