Strength of body and strength of mind are transferable to other areas. When the two are in synch. this happens much more quickly.

(40) To giving up sugar in tea and/or coffee: half the amount you put in a cup/mug every Sunday morning; continue until halving would require splitting the atom. At that point stop and congratulate yourself.
