(16) To ensuring people get back to you promptly: ensure the action you wish from them is clear and explicit: what is required and why it is needed; give plenty of notice but do give a clear deadline. Follow-up immediately and politely if the deadline is passed.
(17) To better coffee: grind your own and use a french press. Try many types of beans until you find the one for you. Get water temperatures and volumes right, as directed by your supplier who will have tested to perfection. Don't rush great coffee: enjoy the ritual.

(19) To sleeping better: return the bedroom to a sanctuary: remove the home office and technology dump. In the last few hours before sleep avoid stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol. Ensure your phone is on flight mode as you fall asleep. Decide to sort it: after long deep sleep you are unstoppable.
(20) To becoming wealthy: get really, really good at something. Charge a fair price for it which is a function of the value you offer not the time elapsed. Continue to get better and increase your value and increase the price you charge.

(22) To worrying less: learn meditation, get out more, help others and know your true work-load by writing it down.
(23) To sorting a gym injury: make the quest for mobility part of your routine, insist on practising good form with lower weights until perfect form is established. Read Kelly Starrett's excellent book on the subject.
(24) To getting the right things done: Know what the right things are by discussing with your manager that very point: what are the right things we need to be doing? Without that discussion, entropy will spread. At home, never be so busy and so caught up in a box-set that you cannot taken a long slow walk and re-establish what it is all about?
(25) To helping the planet, easily: tap water rather than bottled water; bike rather than car; jumper rather than thermostat.
