- Time for a new skill. Kayaking? Knitting? Kung Fu? Seek something working with your hands, to get out of the digital interrupt-driven head.
- Get back to your hippie days: consume less, recycle more. Save money. Be happy.
- What you are doing daily is determining what you are getting weekly. Do an audit: ensure what you are putting in will get what you want out.
- Dress better. Smarter. With care and thought. Surprise them. Turn up on time; amaze them. Drop cynicism: shock them.
- Take on some challenges. Yes, they do actually hurt a bit. Eating less, running more and switching off. Prove to your self you do have will power, that you can push through temporary discomfort for the amazing feeling of achievement.
- Put more into that passion of yours: it's what makes you tick. It may currently be a side project, but who knows what it might become.
- Shake it up a bit. Fresh play-lists. Re-booted routines. Fresher, better evening meals after work. New running shoes. Evening class in Modern Art. A reading list even though you are no longer at college. Up earlier. Getting to grips with all the features on your digital camera.
