1. Take some early Beatles tunes, multiply by
2. a hand-crafted small but strong coffee not much milk at all, mutiply by
3. a sharpened pencil and a blank sheet of plain A4/foolscap paper, multiply by
4. a rising sun, multiply by 
5. a mind of possibilities, multiply by
6. a short period of solitude, multiply by
7. a love of life. And all can be solved and all will be well....
