- Check the bigger picture: stare at the night sky on a clear night. All will fall into place.
- Slow down. Notice your breathing, your thinking, your posture. You will become grounded.
- Re-connect with real friends. They are few and far between. Life is good, again.
- Spend time working in the garden, cooking or painting. Man is not just a thinking being. He/she needs to do, too.
- Get away from screens for hours on end. Look further, look wider and see real trees, desert and mountains. Wow.
