On Being There: Slow Down Saturday

Sometimes we can be almost stunned to scribble or type 2012. Already? To find that the holiday season came and went and it's two weeks into January. Already? That someone is talking about having booked their summer vacation. Already? We live in a commercial world which encourages 'the next thing'. Our lives are now so complicated that systems must be in place to schedule and prioritise otherwise kids miss events and opportunities are 'lost'. However: life is good at pretty well any level. It doesn't need to be full of events. Few opportunities are really ever lost. Make this a Slow Down Saturday. You'll love it.
