The back-story:
Instant MBA 1: (that's here). Start thinking again. Proactively: what do we need to anticipate? Critically; what can we do better? And laterally; what can we do differently?
Instant MBA 2: (that's here). Save time and access a thought leader. Somebody has travelled at least some of the path you are on, before. Get their thinking, then build upon it.
Instant MBA 3: (that's here). Marketing is increasingly about the experience the customer receives. Is it something to rave about? Or...
Instant MBA 4: Communication is not PowerPoint. In a tough world where competitiveness is often only a hair-breadth of a distinction, thinking and hence communication must be able to handle subtlety. Bullets and slide-decks do not do this. The narrative is missing, the modifiers and syntax are absent and the trance induction is dangerously complete. Communicate, don't PowerPoint.
