- Clear the desk.
- Capture the yellow stickies onto one list.
- Write on the same list as 3 above, what else needs to be done.
- Take a break, walk and get fresh air.
- On the walk decide your priorities.
- Return: grab pencil and paper.
- At speed, re-prioritise the list against current goals decided on 6, your walk.
- Work the list.
- Decide not to get into this state again.
