- Slow down. Breathe. Smell the flowers.
- Walk (a lot) more.
- Eat on time. Regularly. Good food. And (for most of us), a little less.
- Take a break from the electronic stuff.
- Do something physical. Quite literally: get out of your head.
- Notice 'binge' activities such as excess junk TV and stop them becoming too big a thing.
- Remember that our body can re-invent any time. It simply needs a nudge.
