To ask her out, to present with flair, to believe in our business idea, to finally start our family, to push back on our boss, to take some family time and not worry about e-mail.....Confidence is critical to our success and our health. It's easily lost: a negative comment, a rejection, a subdued audience, poor management. But too much of it and we lose our judgement and we drift towards arrogance.
