The Story So Far:
There's fitness. That's being able to run for the plane. There's wellness. That's rarely thinking 'jeez, I feel terrible'. And there's super-wellness. That's having focus, clarity, imagination, creativity, energy and resilience. An ability to not just get stuff done, but know which are the right things to get done. An ability to flip that which seems a blocker into a possibility. An unstoppable love of Life and delight at having landed on one of the few rocks hurtling through the Universe with great music. All the things we humans are great at when we are at our best. How's super-wellness achieved? A subtle blend of two inter-twined strategies:
- Strategy 1: On a daily basis giving consideration to M-E-D-S or meditation-exercise-diet-sleep. We have considered Meditation, Exercise, Diet and Sleep. TBC with:
- Strategy 2: Using The Three Ps or Perception/Purpose/Passion as a window on the world.
Purpose is vital. We are goal-centred creatures. Write it out. Meditate. Think. Read. Ask the question. Again. And again. Write more. Walk. Until you have some clarity on what this amazing existence means to you. It can take days, weeks, months even years. It can change, you can slip into crisis. But. But. Without purpose, everything is so much tougher. What's yours?
