M-E-D-S is our core strategy. S is sleep. Sleep debt is a slow but sure debilitator of our best efforts. Don't accept anything less than a great night's sleep. Do you need to adjust the room temperature? Less late night screen time? A good book to induce drowsiness? More exercise and meditation during the day? Improved task management to ensure worries don't bubble to the surface at 3 am? Decide to tackle it. Take as a serious goal to wake naturally with the alarm only as a back-up; that way you know you have had the prefect amount of sleep.
