Super-wellness: that's having focus, clarity, imagination, creativity, energy and resilience. On tap. Everybody knows we should exercise. But why? Easy: we're built that way. Without significant CV activity and without muscle work we can't maintain the body at its optimum. Plus a much subtler point is that a well-exercised body has an energy for taking action. So, what's to be done? Search the millions of activities and find ones which will work for you. There are several. Start easy and build up. Go for regular rather than bursts. And include simple muscle work-especially core- alongside CV.
