- Decide to be happy;
- Simply and simplify. And then simplify;
- Walk a lot;
- Talk to supportive, loving people;
- Spend more time in nature;
- Sing, dance, play music. Bake bread. Write. Scribble. Cartoon. Look at and watch the weather;
- Help others;
- Slowly but surely do more of what you like doing in your job;
- Notice you don't actually need so much stuff to 'be happy';
- Be happy.
