TTD (Things To Do) if redundancy is looming.

1. There's Plan A;
2. and there's Plan B.
3. Plan A is to ensure everything you do now is done brilliantly. Done to your best, whatever.
4. You see, even when times are tough - especially when times are tough - employers want and need brilliant people.
5. Plan B is to not wait until you are made redundant, but to say if I were what would I do?
6. And you need to make sure you have some good concrete ideas.
7. Implement Plan A today.
8. Work on Plan B tonight.
