Tip 11: ban e-mail within and between team members; move to batched( i.e collecting points and then having an exchange ) conversations plus make proper use of the team meeting.
Tip 12: at the team meeting; ask what can we do to reduce e-mail?

Within your organisation
Tip 13: have an e-mail policy/protocol and include it in induction training
Tip 14: restore and reward human behaviours such as proper conversations
Tip 15: train all staff how to use filters and rules within the technology
