For all of us it's worth regularly considering and checking that we haven't let:
1. efficiency (doing things right) smoother our ability to be effective (do the right things)
2. decisions (saying stuff) quench our desire to take action (doing stuff)
3. time spent become our measure rather than value delivered
4. trying to do everything (the trivial many) hinder us from doing the vital few
5. reading and studying too much about productivity stop us from actually being productive
