How was your break?

Great I hope. For many it was exhausting: not just the traveling between relatives, the early starts with excited children and late nights of parties, but simply-ironically-because they have stopped. And the body rapidly, immediately, grabs some recovery time which manifests as tiredness and exhaustion. As you decide the changes you wish to make for 2008, decide to give some attention to allowing your body and mind more recovery time, more often. If you do, it will serve you well. If you don't, then just when you feel like having some fun, it'll be exhausted.
