Five questions

for when those meetings grind to a halt....

According to whom?
useful for when people say: 'it can't be done'; 'that's the way we do it'
And if we did?
useful for: 'I think it would be difficult'
Is that a decision or an action?
to remind that 'let's do it' is a decison; what's the actual action?
I'll be leaving at 5pm; do you have everything you need?
to remind people you have a Life and so do they.
What's the goal of this meeting?
to remind how often the basics are forgotten: no goal=poor result
