Read widely.
I know you're reading, which is great. Reading stimulates, develops the brain, provides answers, creates debate. May I encourage you to read widely, too? Get out of your main-stream area, be it sales, marketing, NLP. Dip into a book from another area: start with this example which is Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinsky. It's essentially about how to be a revolutionary and create social change; it's thus brilliant for learning how to create change within a culture.
And as a great bonus, how to create personal change. Get it from your library or buy it. But definitely read it.
Start exploring books on the fringes, on the interfaces.
